Bright by Text's mission is to provide a bright beginning for every child to reach their full potential. To that end, we are partnering with several local organizations to spread the word and maximize the amount of money that families may receive from the state of Colorado in the form of tax credits.
In 2025, Colorado families may be eligible to receive up to $3,200 per eligible child through the NEW Family Affordability Tax Credit and in 2026, caregivers who care for children who are not their own may be eligible for the Care Worker Tax Credit of up to $1200. These tax credits can be confusing and Bright by Text is here to help–don’t leave money on the table!
